We had a somewhat interesting experience at the Gladstone Dental Centre with my son having and unexpected reaction to the anesthetic. The dentist and staff were incredibly professional and handled the situation amazingly. Couldn't be more appreciative of their patients and prompt action. 5 stars.

Friendly service. Dr Herman is a Fantastic dentist. I always go back there because I trust the dentists with my teeth and my families teeth, you don’t feel a thing! He does a great job so you can’t see the fillings even when they’re on your front teeth. 5 stars to him. Also jonte the receptionist makes the kids balloon animals for at the end of their appointment to make it special.

Warm welcoming reception. Punctual. Professional. Dr Herman was attentive and did a really thorough check up. Resolved my issues very well. Provided me with time and explanation of how to improve outcomes for my oral health.

Dr Mohan has got to be the best dentist I’ve had! I’ve referred family and friends; some of whom have previously had bad experiences with dentists .. they saw Dr Mohan and loved him. Great customer service and very gentle if you request it. He is very thorough and takes the time to give you the best experience possible

Such a nice experience at this clinic with Dr Herman. He was so kind and patient and explained what he was doing so thoroughly I felt so safe. Visiting the dentist can be daunting but Dr Herman made this a really great experience! Would recommend!!

Gladstone Central dentist were amazing, there was no pain or discomfort whatsoever And the cost came in at $1000 cheaper than quoted by another dentist, I lOVE my new smile!!! And obviously I highly recommend them, very professional and friendly staff Cassandra

I hadn't been to the dentist is 5+ years and I asked the super helpful and kind receptionist for a recommendation on a new dentist (Michael, maybe?). I was in-and-out of a filling in MAYBE 20 minutes? Could eat and drink directly after with no awful numbing injections? I don't think I will ever be as good at my job as Dr Manisha is at hers!

I'm not sure which clinic this review is landing at but I believe 1300smiles on Dawson Highway has the same owner as Gladstone Dental Clinic. The two locations could not be more different in terms of quality of customer experience although the reception staff at both locations are out of this world polite, helpful, empathetic, softly spoken and maximum professional. Then there's the contrast in the dentists themselves. I have experienced poor dental work in the past, something that can be remedied but the level of disrespect and outright rudeness from 'Smiles' was breathtaking. Having been refused treatment because I have 'poor oral hygiene' I contacted the GDC in despair thinking there was nowhere else to go. The welcome at GDC was nothing less than incredible. And then Dr. Marisha cared for both my dental problems and also was reassuring and empathetic. There's much more to this story about both clinics but this gives you my experience in a nutshell. 2 dental clinics, same owner, vastly different experiences. I'd encourage everyone not to hesitate choosing Gladstone Dental Clinic for their permanent family care.
